The equipment is manual feeding, and the tip forming of the catheter is achieved through the lateral movement of clamping module and heating module. It adopts closed-loop temperature control to effectively maintain the temperature within ±2℃. The molds feature quick release bayonet connections, allowing for easy replacement of different molds to realize processes such as end close, chamfering, flaring, etc.
