Prinme-J1 Temperature Controlled Tipping Machine is specially designed for tip forming at the end of medical catheters. The equipment is manual feeding, and the tip forming of the catheter is achieved through the lateral movement of clamping module and heating module. It adopts closed-loop temperature control to effectively maintain the temperature within ±2℃. The molds feature quick release bayonet connections, allowing for easy replacement of different molds to realize processes such as end close, chamfering, flaring, etc.
